Unopiù is an Italian brand specializing in the production of outdoor furniture and accessories. Founded in 1978 in Soriano nel Cimino, in the heart of Tuscia, Lazio, the company stands as the first Italian manufacturer dedicated exclusively to the outdoors. The company's mission is ambitious: outdoor environments deserve the same importance as indoor ones. The style that is refined and informal at the same time, the choice of high-quality, durable and elegant materials, and the craftsmanship in execution have made Unopiù the flagship of Made in Italy in the industry since the 1980s. The catalog offers pieces ahead of their time that have become iconic, such as the Amanda hammock or the Ginger chair, which are still in production. In 1995 the brand expands into the international market, opening its first proprietary stores in Paris, Frankfurt and Barcelona. The catalog expanded to include furnishings and accessories, structures such as pergolas and gazebos, and lighting, in an effort to offer all-around coordinated outdoor furniture for both residential and contract settings. Today Unopiù boasts an extensive sales and distribution network, thanks to several company-owned and franchised stores, and an e-commerce in 8 languages, allowing it to have a worldwide presence.

Unopiù outdoor furniture: outdoor chairs, tables and sofas

The Unopiù catalog offers outdoor chairs, tables and sofas to furnish living and dining areas comfortably and with class. Notable are the historic and iconic collections, such as Synthesis, a complete range made with a teak frame, while seats and backs are made of WaProLace®, a state-of-the-art synthetic fiber patented by Unopiù that is easy to clean and resistant to outdoor agents such as UV, rain, salt, chlorine, mildew, sunscreen and winter temperatures. The collection includes chairs with armrests, folding lounge chair, 3 models of sofa, pouf, armchair, loungers, a series of tables and coffee tables, and the delightful canopy lounger. Among the iconic collections, we cannot fail to mention the legendary Chelsea, also made of teak, with its bench inspired by traditional English models, or again with the folding deck chair, borrowed from the classic design of transatlantic ocean loungers of yesteryear.
Another timeless classic is the Toscana collection, this time made of wrought iron. The design with classic lines epitomized in a contemporary key, returns solid but light furnishings. The chairs, both in the version with and without arms, are foldable, for greater practicality. Wide choice for the tables, declined in square and rectangular extendable versions.
Moving on to new products, Andrea Andretta signs the Coco collection, which won the Archiproducts Design Award and winks at the garden seating of the 1950s. The galvanized, powder-coated tubular steel frame supports the seat and backrest, which are made of an airy weave of polypropylene rope webbing. Coco is elegant in its simplicity, thanks to stylish details such as the rope wrapped around the armrest. The collection consists of chairs, armchair, sofa, ottoman, and coffee table, and is declined in graphite and syrah (a dark red) for the frame, which can be combined with the two rope options, available in mélange beige and fondant (a dark brown).

Unopiù gazebos and accessories, all-around comfort and style

To complete the furnishing of outdoor spaces, Unopiù offers a wide selection of elements to create gathered and shaded areas, as well as outdoor accessories and lamps. Ferruccio Laviani signs the self-supporting aluminum pergola Shibuya, a condensation of style and functionality. The design with essential lines forms two perfectly cubic units, resting on wheels, which fit into each other as needed. The pergola can be moved around the outdoor space as desired, and can be fitted with side curtains made of micro-perforated polyester fabric. For classically styled gardens, the Unopiù catalog offers various solutions, from wall-mounted or freestanding pergolas to gazebos, such as in the Solaire collection. There is a wide choice of umbrellas for small spaces and terraces, both in modern style, as with the rectangular Salento umbrella, made of galvanized steel and iroko, which can be operated with remote-controlled motorized winding, and in classic style, such as the round solid wood umbrella in the Lipari collection. Among the accessories, we find the practical and elegant Aurora iron garden storage cabinet, matching the collection's seating. Lamps from the Solare collection feature a diffuser made from teak strips and an aluminum or stainless steel base, and are powered by rechargeable solar panels. Minimalist lines characterize the Aton floor lamp, made of white or bronze aluminum. Vertical slats surrounding the light fixture project dramatic and striking beams of light.
