    Solava is the end product of a long family tradition that has seen, since 1870, five generations follow one another in the management of kilns. Its history of renewal runs in parallel to the evolution that has taken place over time, with the shift in the technique of brick and tile making from manual methods to the most advanced technologies. Solava assumed its present name in the mid-fifties, but it was not until after 1960 that its processes of manufacturing fell into line with the requirements of a rapidly expanding building industry, with the construction of plant that had a high production capacity but maintained unchanged the traditional care taken over quality. ...
