Sculptures Jeux was founded in 1973 from an idea of the French designer Bernard Vuarnesson and his wife Ariane , who wanted to revisit the internal spaces in a playful manner : from here takes shape the concept of “sculptures jeux” ( sculpture games ). In 2011 he acquired the brand becoming Sculptures Jeux Italia specialized in
interior design.
We take particular care to the details : from the design, to the materials chosen and the way they are worked, up to the impact on the environment, combining form and function, play and lines . We dress up our furnishings with an innovative approach, making them unique with a delicate elegance : to put together an individual space is a profoundly creative act.
Philosophy and sustainable policyOur philosophy, very much focused on a sustainable policy, is translated into the object. We have chosen a photovoltaic system to sustain 70 per cent of our production ; all our suppliers of panels and solid woods are FSC certified; the combustion of the biomass resulting from the manufacturing processes provide heating for our offices and workplaces ; our production is already perfectly on track with the new US regulations concerning the lowest emissions of formaldehyde and so all our products are certified CARB type 2 and EPA TSCA title IV. Sculptures Jeux occasional furnishings are not limited to a single room or function, but they reinvent themselves and resist to time: duration is the tangible sign of sustainability.
