Shining like the star of the same name in the constellation of Orion, Bellatrix, the new luminous creation by Catellani & Smith. Bellatrix is a wall lamp, with a diameter of 120 cm, available in two different designs that characterize the irregular surface of the disk, made with extreme care and according to an exclusive Catellani & Smith process, and subsequently covered, again by hand, in colored leaf gold. This new luminous creation is available, in fact, in a first version whose design reproduces a gesture that draws radial lines by hand, while in the second centrifugal curves are visible. The Bellatrix disc is illuminated by 9 dedicated LED cards, integrated into a 10 mm diameter brass rod, supported by a brass flex, which allows you to direct the lighting. The interaction of the light with the irregular golden surface and the indirect light effect, typical of Catellani & Smith production, guarantees luminous comfort which makes this lamp suitable for creating environments with an evocative charm.
