In Lucifero's vast catalogue some lines with a markedly innovative character stand out. One of these is the
File Flex collection, a system of extruded aluminium profiles with ceiling or suspension mounting, which allows you to create infinite shapes. The illumination comes from a linear LED source that follows the profile, shielded by a flexible opal silicone diffuser, which ensures seamless direct and diffused light. The system is completed by blind modules and LED modules for accent lights from the
Leva series or with adjustable spotlights from the Spot Focus series. The series also has a family of finished modules with elegant curved o square shapes, which can be installed on the

File Flex outdoor collection. The work of Lucifero's Research and Development department has resulted in an innovative material with a rather evocative name: CementoPiuma VFRC (vinyl fiber reinforced concrete) or lightened fiber cement. The result is the extraordinary
i Cementi series, a family of lighting fixtures inserted in objects that look like raw concrete, but that exceed its weight-related limits of use. Thanks to its innovative formula, this material can be moulded into any shape, and its resistance to atmospheric agents makes it suitable for outdoor use. The series offers a range of light, robust and easy to install indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures, thanks to the built-in wiring. The entire collection is designed to house the latest generation of LED or fluorescent light sources, and includes floor luminaires to illuminate portions of land, terraces and access roads, benches and benches for street furniture, ceiling or pendant lights, chandeliers and interior wall lamps.
LED technology for Lucifero's lamps
In addition to material studies, Lucifero's R&D department focuses on the quality of LEDs used in lighting fixtures. LEDs are selected according to strict parameters of luminous flux, luminous efficiency, colour rendering and colour point. For its products the company uses COB (Chip On Board) leds with CRI>90 for any colour temperature. The careful selection of the LEDs used guarantees excellent colour tones and constant colour uniformity over time: all LEDs have an SDCM value <3, a characteristic that prevents the human eye from perceiving the slightest change in colour of the LED itself. With Warm Dimming technology, the LEDs also perfectly emulate the colour tone of halogen lamps, giving a warm and pleasant light. Since 2018 Lucifero's is part of Cefla's Lighting Business Unit, which represents Cefla in the world of Lighting and wireless connectivity.
